OKAY, GOT IT

Being Mr Wickham Live-Stream FAQs

Prior to the performance, we will send you a link to the show. This will take you to a site where you should log in using your Theatre Royal account details. This is the email address and password you used to book the event.

If you didn’t create a password or you have forgotten it please go the homepage of our website.

Click on Log In and choose FORGOT PASSWORD to set a password up.

A link will be emailed to you and you can set a password from there.

We suggest you log in as soon as you receive the link so that you are confident that it all works OK for you. You will then need to log back out until it is time for the performance – please do not stay logged in as your browser may not register when the live stream starts and will need refreshing, meaning you could miss the beginning of the performance. Then, on the day of the live stream, we advise that you log in 30 minutes prior to the performance. This will give you time to check everything is working, grab the snacks and drinks and use the loo! Original Theatre will have some lovely videos playing for you to enjoy whilst you wait.

If you log in more than 30 minutes prior to the performance, your browser may not register when the beginning credits and live stream starts so please refresh your browser and login again 5 minutes before the show is due to open, otherwise you risk missing the beginning of the show!
