This year’s Barnardo’s Fashion Show promises to be our most exciting yet. Set against the stunning backdrop of The Athenaeum, the evening brings together local businesses, generous sponsors, and talented models; all united by one simple goal: to make a real difference to children and young people here in Suffolk.

Many local shops will take to the catwalk with everything from effortless summer style and sportswear to elegant formal pieces and outdoor looks, all building towards a surprise finale. We’re delighted that the legendary Howard Sadler will host the evening, with DJ Tom setting the vibe.

For more than 30 years, the Suffolk Barnardo’s Helpers Group has quietly and consistently supported vulnerable children in our community. The money raised doesn’t disappear into the distance, it stays right here, funding Barnardo’s services across Suffolk in addition to supporting the life-changing work of Innov8 Workshops in Bury St Edmunds. Last year, thanks to the kindness and support of people like you, we raised over £15,000. That figure represents counselling sessions, practical support, safe spaces, confidence-building workshops and one to one mentoring in many different sectors, real help for real young people. This year, we want to go even further.
