This February and March 2026, the Bury St Edmunds Comedy Festival will sweep across the town bringing two months of jokes, improv, stand-up, and plenty of spontaneous hilarity. Familiar venues (including us!) will host some of the country’s wittiest, boldest and downright funniest performers.

Luke Wright: Later Life Letter

Daliso Chaponda: Topical Storm

Join us for Topical Storm with Daliso Chaponda — a sharp, funny look at the world of news, media and how it all spins. With his track record on shows like Have I Got News For You and The News Quiz, Daliso is uniquely placed to take on the chaos of today and turn it into laughter.

Anyone For Tennis?
Wednesday, 25 February
For sport fans and comedy fans a-like! A Wimbledon line judge for 20 years, comedian Pauline Eyre is ready to spill the Pimms on tennis gossip from the fragrant royal box to the musty locker room, and why line judges are OUT! Expect smashing stories, ace anecdotes and a 40-love letter to the game.
