Act Your Age Workshops: Autumn 2025

Our Act Your Age group meet every Tuesday afternoon, 1:30-3pm. We’re a friendly, supportive group for adults with a suggested age of 55 and over.

We get together to explore drama techniques such as devising and improvisation. It’s good for wellbeing, making new friends and a chance to be a bit silly and let off steam!

We are always on the lookout for new members to come and join us. No previous theatre experience is necessary. Bursary support is available, please email [email protected] to enquire.
