Lunchtime Concert: Dancing Through Time

Rising stars, Beth Stone (flutes) and Daniel Murphy (frets – lute, theorbo & guitar) showcase the timeless link between music and dance with a programme taking the audience dancing through 16th century pavanes by John Dowland to the late baroque of Henry Eccles and on via Mozart’s graceful minuet to 20th C. Romanian folk-influenced Bela Bartok and Argentinian Astor Piazzolla’s lively Libertango.
Tickets include free hot drinks and cakes in the Greene King Bar at Theatre Royal Bury St Edmunds after the performance.
