This brand-new work from award-winning Sonia Sabri Company aims to capture the feeling of ‘home’ through the intricate movements and melodies of dancer and musician. Just as plants come to life in the daylight but wither away in the dark; we’ll explore how a true home can nourish us, how the loss of home might break us and how to find home wherever we find ourselves.
Join us on an evocative journey through wordless storytelling, beatboxing, percussive dance and upbeat audience interaction. Featuring live music from the rare and hypnotic Santoor, soaring vocals and soul-stirring drumming, this feel-good show is a treat for the senses and beautifully demonstrates the connection between music and dance.
