Page to Stage: How to Develop a Character

In this workshop you will embark on a theatrical journey with David Whitney, Theatre Director and Head of Creative Learning, as they pull back the curtain on what it takes to take a character from the page to the stage.
Dive deep into the creative process and discover the journey from the initial exploration of a character to fully formed physicalised representation which you could then show on stage. Through taking part in a variety of exercises, David will help participants understand what lies beneath a character and how to work with the text to help shape their performance.
