Due to unforeseen circumstances, Yalda Davis will no longer be able to perform. Orlando Jopling will be performing in her place.

Solo cellist, composer, conductor, and director of Colchester’s Roman River Festival and Wild Arts, Orlando will perform a programme of J S Bach’s Solo Cello Suites, including the famous No. 1 in G major, as well as Pablo Casals’ hauntingly beautiful Catalonian ‘Song of the Birds’. Before recording of all six suites, Orlando toured the UK performing the famous Bach Suites in 125 rural churches, raising over £80,000 for their upkeep.
