Wild Arts welcomes you to their Opera Show, The Beautiful and Damned, brimming with emotion, humour, and dramatic twists. Dive into a captivating narrative that takes you through opera classics and lesser-known treasures, all portrayed by four compelling characters. Whether new to opera or a seasoned fan, the programme features everything from Beethoven, Tchaikovsky and Mozart to Rodgers and Hammerstein or West Side Story.

A quintet of exceptional string players accompanies the ‘exquisite’ Galina Averina who received accolades for her Opera North debut in the lead role of Magda in La Rondine by Puccini in October 2023, the remarkable baritone Gareth Brynmor John, the ‘magnetic’ Martha Jones, and the outstanding tenor Richard Dowling.
