On 14th January, we welcomed 29 guests from the Nicky’s Way programme, run by St Nicholas Hospice Care – Independent charity serving West Suffolk and Thetford. This visit was funded by Robert Baxter and Chassis Cab -DAF – huge and vital sponsors of both Theatre Royal and St Nich’s. An earlier visit, also funded by Robert Baxter and ChassisCab DAF took place in December to welcome 25 staff and volunteers from St Nich’s and we were so pleased that they all had a brilliant time!

They are loyal supporters of the hospice all year round, but this latest gesture of funding a trip to the pantomime has made such a difference to a group of children that our Nicky’s Way service has supported. The children were all so excited, and they all had a wonderful time. The drinks reception and meeting the cast plus the goody bags made it extra special, so thank you, Theatre Royal, too.”
