Whenever you choose to dine, there’s a great offer:
• Early Evening Express Menu: Enjoy a three-course dinner and cocktail for just £35 per person served between 5 – 6pm, Monday – Friday.
• Complimentary fizz: Receive a complimentary glass of fizz on arrival when dining from the A La Carte menu.
• Children eat free: Children ages twelve and under can eat for free from The Angel’s ‘Little Angel’s Menu’. One free main course per paying adult.

The Greene Room Bar
Proudly in association with and named after our sponsors Greene King, the Greene Room Bar is open 45 minutes before each performance, fully stocked with locally sourced and low-mileage high-quality products including, gin from Long Melford, whiskey from Thetford, real ales from Greene King, and ice cream from Norfolk, as well as fine wines and champagne for special occasions.
Pre-order your interval refreshments before curtain-up for maximum convenience and enjoy your drinks al fresco in the theatre garden.

As we all become more aware of our impact on the environment at Theatre Royal we are reducing our carbon footprint by switching to locally sourced alternatives wherever possible. By decreasing our food miles, we are not only helping the environment, but also promoting the high-quality products of local businesses and partners in the East of England.
We are proud to stock Aspall’s Cyder from Aspall in Debenham, Niche Cocktails from Framlingham, Melford’s Gin and Venture Point Five from Long Melford, The English Single Malt Whiskey from Thetford and WhatAHoot Signature Vodka, Norfolk Dark Spiced Rum and Home Farm 0% Gin (all sourced from Norfolk).
Not to mention Greene King beers – no other theatre in the land can say that their beer travels just 50 metres from source to serve!
Norfolk Ice Cream
A visit to the theatre isn’t complete without an interval ice cream. We’re proud to stock a range of flavours from local suppliers, Ronaldo’s Ices.
Ronaldo’s are proud producers of Norfolk ice cream, with all of their product ingredients grown and sourced just a few miles away from their factory. Even the oats in their vegan oat milk ice cream are grown locally. They have been making ice cream for over 35 years, and it is still as delicious as ever.

No more glass, no more single-use plastic, just a great, environmentally friendly alternative.
As part of our mission to improve our green credentials and in response to your feedback, we only serve drinks in polycarbonate glasses. Polycarbonate is as close to glass as you can get, without the risk of breakage, meaning you can take your drinks into the auditorium to enjoy during the show and the glasses can be cleaned and reused; significantly reducing the amount of single use plastics heading to the bin and helping us towards a greener future.
