Our Artist Network is always growing and offering opportunities for creatives and art professionals to engage with Theatre Royal and each another.
In 2023 we launched our Artist Network, providing networking, skills workshops and opportunities for collaboration to develop and champion talent in our region.
We support, nurture and enhance local creative skills through our thriving ecology of local freelance artists and arts professionals. We are committed to employing 20% of casts and creative team members from within our region, ensuring East Anglia is able to develop and retain artistic talent and skills.
